By accessing or using ConfiDoq ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConfiDoq provides automated SAP transport documentation generation. The Service analyzes uploaded SAP transport files and produces structured documentation.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. ConfiDoq retains ownership of the Service, its software, and documentation templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ConfiDoq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
